CANCELLATION BY MADHOUSE TEXTS

Madhouse Texts has the right to cancel an order. In that case, the customer will immediately be informed. Any funds already paid will be refunded.

Madhouse Texts does not accept any liability for any damages and/or costs on the part of the customer, as a result of a cancellation.

In case of misconduct of the client and/or any other person(s) involved in the assignment, it may be decided to cancel the assignment without refund.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

Cancellation by the customer must take place in writing. The date of cancellation is the date of receipt by Madhouse Texts. In the event of cancellation, Madhouse Texts feels compelled to charge the following:

• In case of cancellation within 4 weeks prior to the agreed-upon deadline, 50% of the total amount.
• In case of cancellation within 2 weeks prior to the agreed-upon deadline, 100% of the total amount.
